I'm Hyzel a bubbly, empathetic, and kind person, qualities I attribute to my upbringing. I grew up in a close, four-generation family, living within a stone's throw of one another. This provided me an unwavering bond with my family and a strong sense of community which deeply shaped my identity. This vibrant community life equipped me with valuable skills and a unique perspective on child care across a wide age spectrum. These real-life experiences contribute significantly to my understanding of children’s unique needs. I am also currently a university student, therefore can only work in close proximity to the university.

I have four younger siblings, aged from 12 to six months, that I helped take care of, and many a times I was the only carer. I actively took part in the nurturing of my youngest brother from the time he was a day old! Growing up, neighbors and relatives always looked to me for help with the kids as they trusted that they would be safe and happy under my care and that it fills me with joy to take care of children.
