I'm currently just finishing up my Bachelor's of Music Degree - I'm very passionate about music, and I hope to continue helping children by obtaining my Master's degree in Music Therapy, as soon as I can decide which university to attend. I grew up around children, in a homeschool environment, and began teaching and babysitting at age 13. I love teaching and sharing my love of learning, and I find that many children's natural curiosity inspires me more than I could have ever imagined. I strongly believe in teaching through a stengths-based model, and I have also taught using child-led learning systems. Music education has always been a deep love of mine, but since I moved to St. John's and found work in a forest school, I realized the power of nature and how it can be so crucial for one's mental health, so spending time in nature is now also one of my true passions.

I have worked as a babysitting since I was 13, working with homeschool children back in my home city (Ottawa). Since moving to St. John's, I've invested more time and effort in finding a career that allows me to help and teach children. I have experience teaching private and group music lessons, and I also have experience as a forest school educator.
