My name is Shelbee, and I am very excited to see what kind of new opportunities present themselves using this app, as I’ve never used it prior to this. A little bit about me… I am currently 21 years old (22 in may) but people tend to tell me I seem older than that due to my maturity levels, outlooks on situations, experience, etc. which I do agree with, but I am also very fun loving and enjoy my more fun, playful moments in life just as much! I have always loved working with and being around children and was always called a “mothers hen” as a child myself.😂 so to say I love my job is an understatement, and I do feel like I was meant to do this in some way or another. Of course there are difficult moments but what field doesn’t have those right?! I will always do the best possible job I can regardless and will help to teach and reassure in those situations no matter what it is.

I have been looking after children/babysitting since I could at 12 years old, so I do consider myself to have way more than 3 years experience under my childcare belt! That being said though, in a professional environment I have been working at a childcare centre/daycare for about 3-4 years now. I worked full time before going to school to start my child and youth care journey (I’ve deferred school until further notice) and am currently working part time through the same company I was previously at.😊 Of course we can discuss my resume, and any questions in more detail too!
