Hello! I'm Arishah, a responsible 17-year-old high school senior in Stouffville, excited to impact your children as a nanny. Despite being in 12th grade, I'm passionate about embarking on a childcare career. I can balance academics, extracurricular activities, and volunteering, with positivity and unwavering commitment.
I love children and can create a safe, engaging environment. I have experience with kids aged 3-9 years and can manage up to three simultaneously. I am also able to compassionately aid children with disabilities.
Available during weekday evenings and at any time on weekends, I can provide flexibility to meet your family’s needs. My services include light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, laundry, homework help and more. I am also able to oversee other household staff.
I aspire to roles like Babysitter, Mother's Helper, Special Needs Assistant, Nanny/Tutor, Nanny, or Nanny/Housekeeper. I prefer being a live-out nanny. Thank you for considering my application. Excited to positively impact your family's life, I am available immediately and keen on fostering joy, learning, and growth in your children's day-to-day.
Taking care of kids, whether as a nanny, babysitter, or mother's helper, means I've got to wear a lot of hats. First off, I make sure the basics are covered: food, cleanliness, and sleep. Kids need to eat healthy, stay clean, and get enough rest, so I keep a tight schedule for meals, baths, and bedtimes. Then, it's all about fun and learning. I come up with cool games and activities that get their brains buzzing and bodies moving. Safety's always on my mind, so I keep a close eye on them to make sure they're safe while having fun.
Being a good role model is a big part of my job. I listen when they want to talk, and encourage them to play nice and respect others. If I'm helping out a mom, I do more than just watch the kids. I might do some light cleaning, help with the kids' laundry, or get meals ready, always making sure to stay in sync with what the family needs.
Communication is key. I talk to the parents about how their kids are doing and what we've been up to, so they're in the loop. For me, it's about making the kids happy and giving parents peace of mind, all while keeping things smooth and fun.
