My name is Shaheen and I'm 20 years old (Turning 20 in two weeks actually ;) ). I'm from Dubai and I've been a student teacher for about 2 years now and I've been with kids in kindergarten to primary school. I've aided in after school activities and morning/ afternoon day care. I do have experience in teaching kids with special needs while I volunteered with United for literacy here in Thunder Bay. I can speak 4 languages ;) English, Tamil, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic (I'm not as fluent as the others but I can definitely communicate). I love reading books and painting. I also used to do horse riding back home. I've started to love cooking ever since I moved away from home and I can cook Indian, middle eastern and Malaysian cuisines. Learned from the best aka my mum ;-) I love kids and I'm hoping I could help you're kids have fun and use their time wisely and learn how to have fun like the good ol' gadget free times. I'm also great at play acting so I'd love to enact stories with the kids.
