I had an experience of baby sitter in Nepal for one year. I cared two babies at one time. The main responsibilities were: 1. Supervising and monitoring the safety of children in their care. 2.Engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, and outdoor play. 3. Preparing simple meals and snacks for children. 4. Following any specific instructions provided by parents regarding routines, bedtime, or dietary restrictions. 5. Administering basic first aid if needed. 6. Communicating with parents about the child's activities, behavior, and any issues that arise during the babysitting session.
