Hello! My name is Glennalyn and I am thrilled to introduce myself as a candidate for the nanny position with your family. With more than 3 years of experience in childcare and a genuine passion for fostering children's growth and well-being, I am eager to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your home. My journey in childcare began 6 years ago when I started babysitting for family friends, my sisters son, neighbors, and one of a private facility in our country which we handle abondoned children who needs special attention.
Since then, I have had the privilege of working with children of various ages, from infants to school age, in both formal childcare settings and private households. I have developed a deep understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities through my studies in Community in Child Studies Foundations at Centennial College further enriching my ability to provide attentive and nurturing care.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I give genuine love and passion for working with children. Whether it's exploring nature trails, getting creative with arts and crafts projects, or diving into imaginative storytelling sessions, I find immense joy in engaging children in activities that spark their curiosity and imagination. Additionally, I am passionate about fostering a love for learning and exploration in children. Whether it's conducting fun science experiments in the kitchen, organizing outdoor scavenger hunts, or introducing children to new cultures through cooking international dishes together, I am dedicated to creating meaningful and memorable experiences that ignite their curiosity and broaden their horizons.
Furthermore, I believe in the importance of promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles. From organizing backyard sports games to leading yoga or dance sessions, I enjoy incorporating movement and exercise into daily routines to support children's physical development and well-being.
Hi, Im a from the Philippines and currently residing here at On, Canada. I just graduated from my course here which is Community in Child Care Studies. Way back home I worked as a Nurse in a private institution which I handle the pediatric unit. I do initial assessment from the patients and help them in everyday activities. I also work as a caregiver which we took good care of those abandoned children. Help them from everyday activities, such as: bathing, preparing to go to school, playing, how to do proper wearing of clothes, and many more. Right now, I do babysitting my aunt sons, which is I do plan some of their activities and send the other one at school.
