Hello, My name’s Winny and I am an outgoing, positive minded, hardworking woman. I value respect, honestly, open communication and having integrity, among other things.

I have had the pleasure and experience of working in a childcare centre and private home settings with infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers and school age children. I am familiar with and very well skilled at implementing daily routines with smooth transitions. That includes; mealtimes, diapering/toileting + teaching personal/self care skills, nap times, planned and spontaneous learning opportunities and free/structured play (indoors and outdoors). I also prioritize health and safety procedures such as hand washing, sanitizing and ensuring the environment is free of hazards and safe; building relationships with children and their families, and observing and planning activities based on the cues and interests of children, are also very important to me.
