Elham worked for our family from 2023 to 2024. My son was 4-year-old when Elham’s began caring for her. During their time with us Elham worked an average of 35-40 hours per week. Elham's responsibilities encompassed a wide range of tasks, including preparing and serving meals, encouraging a varied diet, engaging in educational activities such as reading, playing, organizing outings, and overseeing the overall household. Elham's approach to my son extended beyond the routine tasks, including: _ Using games that helped my son's creativity, concentration and speed of action. _ Reading stories that help to develop thinking. _ So much energy in working with my son. _ Resilience in working with my son. _ Emotion regulation training _ Social Emotional Education Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances, I recently lost my job, making it financially challenging for us to sustain the employment of a nanny. As a result, we find ourselves in the position of no longer requiring Elham's services.
