I am an international student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Communication for four years. Coming from Bhutan, I was raised by one parent, my father, and three siblings. All my siblings are employed. I am the middle child. I came to Canada in January month 2024 for my further education. I finished my grade 12 in year 2020, since then I have been working as a live- out nanny. With previous job experience in Bhutan, I have developed skills in various fields, including babysitting, which i particularly enjoy. I have interest in looking after children, coupled with my love for cooking and cleaning houses, makes me eager to pursue a career as a baby nanny here. My diverse yet little experiences and skills equip me well for this role, and i am excited about the opportunities ahead in my new environment. However I did not take any training back in my country, as compared to the requirement qualified training provided in Canada.

I have experience caring for children across a range of ages from 1 to 7 years old. This experience likely involved adapting my caregiving approach to meet the developmental needs of each child, including activities that stimulate their cognitive, social, and physical development. My responsibilities may have included feeding, bathing, supervising playtime, assisting with learning activities, and providing emotional support. This diverse range of ages have given me valuable insights into child development and different caregiving techniques.
