Hello, my name is Karma, a young, energetic, 19-year-old woman from Vancouver seeking a part-time nanny position. Although I'm just starting off my journey in childcare, I am patient, caring and committed to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for your children. I can take up the role of a nanny, babysitter, mother's helper, and nanny/housekeeper, or even assist in a home daycare setting. My availability is flexible, as I can work during mornings and middays, from Monday to Sunday. Traveling is not a problem for me, though I wish to stay local as relocating is not an option for me currently. As a non-smoker and a graduate from high school, I am capable of running errands or doing light housekeeping apart from looking after your kids. From cooking and preparing meals for the children to bathing, dressing, doing laundry, even ironing their clothes, I am able to cater to your children’s everyday needs. I am eager to work with children aged between 1-2 years, and I am comfortable managing up to two children at once. Additionally, I am also capable and willing to work with children with disabilities. Please note that while I might not have a driver's license or a vehicle, I am a proficient English speaker, originally from Bhutan, and will ensure your kids receive the best care under my watch. I don’t have any work experience as I’m new to Canada but I use to do babysitting back in my hometown. And on top of that I have my three younger siblings so I do know a lot about this job as well as how to take care of the baby.
