Hello, I'm Diana, a 25-year-old experienced nanny based in Victoria with over five years of professional babysitting experience. I am a Chemistry student just completing my final semester at Uvic. My experience is diverse; from being a camp counselor and lifeguard to a swim instructor and babysitter since I was 16, I've worked with children of all ages, from newborns right through to those over 10 years old.
My passion is providing a nurturing and safe environment for children. This could be attributed to my background in lifeguarding where exactness and keen attention to detail are vital. I am also first aid trained and certified in CPR. Your children's safety will always be my topmost priority.
I am available for full-time or part-time roles, and I can start working immediately. I won’t be taking a summer semester so my flexibility allows us for morning, midday, or evening shifts from Monday through to Friday. As I prefer a live-out arrangement, I am open to offering light housekeeping services, preparing kids' meals, laundry, help with homework, and even pet care. Unfortunately, I am not experienced in handling children with special needs.
Being a child caregiver is a role I perform excellently, not simply because I am trained and certified, but because I have a genuine interest and love for children. I am committed to not only be a caretaker but also a mentor, friend, and a great helper to your household.
Thank you for considering me as a potential nanny for your family – I am already excitedly looking forward to meeting you and your children!
