I am a young reliable professional. I have a passion for children and child care, child safety, children's agency, and independent voice. I am also passionate about the arts (music, visual art, arts and crafts, films) and a big fan of sports and everything active and outdoors. I am currently working as a special needs educator within the healthcare system doing adaptative and re-adaptive therapy with children with different diagnoses (i.e. autism, down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, etc.)

I am currently working as a special needs educator within the healthcare system doing adaptative and re-adaptive therapy with children with different diagnoses (i.e. autism, down syndrome, intellectual disabilities, tec.)I have worked in schools are a childcare worker while studying for my special needs education DEC. I studied for 3 years in the UK in early childhood and special education. During the 3 years I was studying, I worked as a personal carer with children with special needs as well as their families, directly in their homes. Depending on the families I was working with, my duties included; housekeeping, meal prepping and feeding the child, taking out the child for activities in the community as well as entertaining the child in the home with different fun and creative activities. In the appropriate cases, I would also put in place in the home, any intervention plans or activities; such as occupational therapy exercises, giving medication, etc.
