Hello, my name is Linda. I am a dedicated and passionate caregiver who is absolutely committed to the overall development of the children I care for in terms of their life skills and work skills, equipping them for their day to day routines. My dedication goes far beyond just looking after kids' basic needs; I am committed to making a genuine, meaningful difference in their lives.
One of the ways I do this is by meticulously planning educational outings, aiming to strike a balance between learning and fun. I wholeheartedly believe in these outings as it offers the opportunity for children to step out of the confines of their homes or schools and experience real-world situations firsthand. Through these experiences, the children can not only augment their learning but also the sense of adventure and joy they feel offers them a healthy break from routine.
Beyond this, I place a high emphasis on an active lifestyle. I care about having the children participate in the activities that they love the most. Whether it is biking around the park, playing a game of soccer, reading books, or making crafts, I believe in ensuring that the children's time spent not just enjoyable but valuable as well.
On a more personal level, I approach each interaction with the children with utmost kindness and patience, creating a relaxed and comfortable environment for them. I am in a unique position to influence their young minds positively. By creating a nurturing and relaxed environment, I aim to make certain they feel comfortable, loved, and thrive.
To sum it up, what I bring to any nanny position goes beyond just skills and experience. I bring dedication, heart, and a commitment to make a positive impact on children's lives. I believe that my proactive and loving approach to childcare aims to significantly enhance my performance in any nanny position I take on.
I have life skills experience. I raised my son as a single parent and also helped raise two step children. They are all well adjusted functioning members of society. I practiced the parenting skills that I learned from a well known child psychologist named Barbara Colloroso. I would care the children with kindness and provide a healthy safe environment.
