Job Summary: As a Support Worker, you’ll provide care to a youth with special needs, in home and community settings. You’ll help a young man develop life skills, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy a quality life by facilitating social interactions and supporting strong family relationship. Your compassion and diligence as a support worker will bring joy into his life, make him feel safe, included, and have a sense of accomplishment and independence. You will provide support in areas of daily living, including but not limited to physical, emotional, social, cultural, and faith-based activities.
