My parents are 85 and 86 years old and still live in their home. My Dad is in fairly good condition but has some mobility challenges. However, can be fairly independent with day to day to day tasks. My mom (86) recently fractured her femur and we expect her to return from the hospital in mid February- she will require toileting, bathing, ambulating and rehabilitation assistance. Light meal prep and serving to both of them. Once released from the hospital, we want to ensure that she receives all of the support she needs to support her recovery and mobility.
