The caregiver will be responsible for creating and maintaining a flexible care plan, adjusting it as needed. Equally essential is the ability to offer companionship and foster positive interactions. Ideal candidates should have prior caregiving or home care experience, maintain a professional appearance, and possess a valid driver's license.
