My sister and I are looking for someone to help our Mom age-in-place in her home. She is 84 years old and is starting to show cognitive difficulties. She's still very much who she is, and we want her to be at home for as long as possible. We realize that no one is going to be able to work seven days a week, so we can work out what day are best. As far as what you'd be doing with Mom: - Ensure meds are taken - Companionship - Take to and from medical appointments - Take on errands - e.g. grocery store, pharmacy - Tidy/organizing - Light housecleaning - Food prep/ensuring Mom eats - Help with some daily care tasks - e.g. showering, dressing You would need a car to take her places (we'd reimburse for mileage of course).
