I am looking for a psw for my mother, she is a 84 year old Filipino woman, with early onset Dementia as well as some hearing loss. I would prefer a Filipino psw as it would be easier for her to communicate with them and possibly connect. Salary is negotiable between 15-$20 per hour. Hours are flexible as well, preferred open availability. She lives in a residential home for elderly.
