I am looking for a live-in nanny for a dear friend of mine who has given me permission to do so. She is 92 years of age, and still lives alone dresses herself and has arranged for housekeeping, groceries, etc. just recently she was diagnosed with dementia and is requiring more care with respect to meals making sure she takes her pills as well as housekeeping, possibly getting groceries, etc. She does have a lady to doctors appointments and the bank already in place.
