My mother is 5 years post-hip replacement surgery but has lost a great deal of mobility. She suffers from sever dizzy spells and her time up in a wheelchair is limited. She lives with her very able-bodied husband who takes over care evenings and weekends but he also likes to go away and would appreciate a care giver who could stay overnight occasionally (with plenty of notice). Care giver would help with medication, toilet, dressing, meals and exercises and keep her company. Require a dependable person who will work Monday to Friday 9:30 - 5:30 (hours negotiable) and who has a good nature and is easy going and okay with being ordered around. This person would also accompany her to medical appointments and help her schedule appointments.
