I worked few months in a longterm care and also gain experienced from the training that I had when I was at school. I did my training at one kenton alzheimer and dementia care and I had experience with a 19y. o autism non verbal and dependent. K have no experience but I can surely provide proper care by understanding their needs and emotions. They tend to be more emotional so I have to make sure to speak to them clearly, slowly and speak encouraging words to them, give care with respect, divnity and safety.
