Provide personal care, hygiene, and physical assistance. Helps elderly clients in bathing, grooming, oral care, And toileting activities. Handle clients rude behaviour politely. Transfer client from bed to wheelchair and vice versa. Turn and reposition client and encourage movement to prevent breakdown. Documented changes in the condition of client. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I am taking care of my two kids, ages 3 and 5 years old.
