I have cared for patient with: dementia, Stroke and heart patient with pace maker. I make sure patients took their meds and meals on time, Also make sure they attend all appointments such as Dr"s appointments, Physio therapy and any other appointments as needed, Also I assist transfer from wheel chair to bed, bathroom etc, I assist with all hygiene such as brushing teeth, bathing etc. Most of all I love being there and assist my patients it's gives me great pleasure to know that I am able to do so.
