I go by my nickname John, who by nature is very compassionate person in which I believe - a person who has such a good sense of compassion to others has the capability to succeed in caring a particular person. Through compassion, all other positive characteristics of a good caregiver is easily acquired, because this caregiver knows how to value others. Aside from graduating IT course in college, I took 1-year professional caregiver course in the Philippines. I have worked for 5 years to a wonderful gentleman who had ALS. Working for him helped me to enhance/acquire a lot of skills that I will be needing to my future jobs. He made me to be the person I am now who loves to cook and bake. I am very hardworking; knows how to manage my time if I have a lot of things to do in a day, but still putting the person I attend to into top priority. I consider myself reliable when it comes to cleaning and very particular when it comes to keeping the household clean and safe. I am looking forward to have someone who will hire me, who I would treat as a friend, and maybe in the long run will treat me the same, because being so will eventually bring out the best in me.

I had the priviledge to work to a wonderful man who had ALS. Through this work, I learned how important healthcare system is for person like him. All the job skills I ticked on selections below are the skills that were enhanced/acquired from working with him for 5 years. Understanding and constant communication is key why we had the strong connection to each other. I was able to experience working in different hospitals where he stayed for days not because he was sick but for his assessments and equipment upgrades. Additional Experiences/Qualifications:
