I am passionate, dedicated and hardworking. I live with my husband in SW Calgary (Shawnessy) but have my own car and can drive. I provide compassionate, respectful, quality care for children with different levels of needs while focusing on safety. I love all children but am most comfortable with babies (under 2). I have a 5 weeks extensive practicum at Bethany Care Center at Harvest Hills and at Foothills Hospital. Most of the residents have dementia in different stages of the disease. I assists residents with Activities of Daily Living, transfers, mobility, feeding and grooming. I assist residents with mobility and transfer using mechanical lift. I performed condom catheterization as well. I followed the care plan for each resident while providing safely environment.
