Nurse Next Door: Maintain a safe secure client's environment according to company standard and procedures, Perform light housekeeping, provide clients with reassurance, companionship, moral support and encouragement. Follow client's personal care plan which includes bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, positioning, transferring and catheter care. Constantly observing for any changes on individuals' mental and physical states and report to the RN to promote continued health.
