I am Active directory status on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory. been living in Canada for almost 10 years now. I am graduated of Health Care Aide since 2016, I am compassionate and friendly person. Through my clinical and work rotations, I have had the opportunity to work in several settings, including Acute care hospital, the hamlets seniors community, long-term care like ( Cancer patient) (Dementia) (Palliative care ) and private home care. During these placements I learned a range of skills on the job, while developing the ability to think on my feet and learn by doing. My experiences enabled me to develop strong skills that prepare me for the challenges of Health Care Aide I am confident that I will continue to develop particularly as I provide care to a diverse patient population. I have also been able to develop knowledge in a range of practice settings and have been trained in problem-solving and clinical reasoning. Through my successful clinical assessment I have proven that I am competent and safe in the practice of clinical skills and I am able to work within legal and ethical standards of practice. I believe that I can apply the skills obtained from my education and experiences to this position.
