Provided beverages and snacks to residents, updated entries on nourishment supplements. Preventative care to residents by positioning and applying skin care treatments to prevent sores and ulcers, helped them with ambulation and transferred residents using electric and manual lifting devices. Cleaned and organized resident rooms, replaced soiled linen and removed trash from all rooms. Observed and reported resident's behavioral, emotional and physical status. Assessed resident well-being, including vitals, weight and daily output/inputs; document and report changes in health condition to supervising healthcare providers.
