I have close to 6 years of experience in healthcare, working mostly with adults and seniors. For the last 2 years, I have been working in the retirement sector, where I improved my ability to deal with dementia/Alzheimer's clients and de-escalation techniques. I started off as a PSW, working my way up to RPN and am currently working on a Bachelor's to learn more about mental health/psychiatry.
