My family consists of my mother, father, my two brothers and sister. My one brother the youngest one has a family already and also my sister. But I raised by my grandparents side. I am the oldest and still single. My hobbies are drawing or crafts, lettering, walking, hiking and I like also travelling. Plan and prepared food and giving feeding by Nasogastric tube. Assist client with ambulation. Assist client for the appointment in the hospital for dialysis. Cleaning, treatment and monitoring the healing process of bed sores. Crushing medications for tube feeding. Documents and report any changes in client health status.
