I am 35 years old, a single mother of 15 year old daughter and a 9 year old chihuahua named Chico. I own my own home. I am currently not working because of a knee injury I sustained from a car accident. I have full use of my knee meaning I am able to get around just fine, I am nearing the end of my rehabilitation. I worked for 8 years for the Government of Alberta - Children Services. I worked in the foster care/adoption area. I looked after paying our foster parents monthly, paying group homes. I was responsible for establishing and maintaining healthy relationships with our foster parents, adoption parents, and biological parents. I took pride in my job and I loved knowing that I was making a positive difference in children’s lives.

I am a very patient person and I love spending time with my grandparents. I am willing to cook and clean, drive to appointments, get groceries. I am really willing to do anything that is needed (except personal care). I am a very easy going person, kind and caring. I am comfortable with and take pride in helping as much as I can.
