$30 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours per shift.
I drive with class 4, professional driver's license.
I charge 0. 75¢ per km for every driving errand that I have to make within the city using my personal vehicle.
Complete services offered, any or all of the following:
-Companionship
-Personal Care (dental care, shaving, pericare, shower, full bath or bed bath);
-for women, setting and hair styling;
-Medication administration;
-Weight, glucose or blood pressure monitoring and recording;
-Documenting notes and observations for doctor's reference.
-Grocery shopping, meal preparation and or feeding, as needed.
Excerpt in using Canadian calorie food guide serving and calorie computation used for highly diabetic individuals;
-Driving to and from medical appointments and other significant appointments;
-active/passive exercises;
-Walk in the Neighbourhood/by the water or wheelchair ride and stroll, shopping in the mall, library trips, visit recreation centre, cafe's for coffee and socialization or even dining out in your favorite restaurants, etc. ;
-Light housekeeping;
-Laundry;
-others.
I have a very flexible availability, day and night and even weekends.
Appointments are booked ahead of time, I charge $35 an hour with less than 48 hours notice.
I also charge $35 an hour on weekends.
