Good afternoon, I hope that you will consider my application for this position and would like to provide some additional information as to why I am applying for this role. I have been a part time caregiver to my mother for the past 10 years as she has been suffering with complications due to MS. After years of working in a different path I would like to begin a career that makes a difference. I enjoy and feel confident in my abilities to understand the changing circumstances that go along with progressive diseases and the natural aging of friends and family. I have worked with caregivers in many aspects and know what makes a good match, and what should be expected from a person you invite to care for the most important people in your life. I would like to provide peace of mind for a family as being a caregiver of a family member is one of the hardest things you can do. Any person who can give peace of mind to a family is a valuable asset for everyone's well being.
