I am approaching graduation from Lakehead University, having transferred from Queen's Nursing program. I am pursuing this option to be the change I want to see in the world: putting an end to loneliness. I am looking to provide assistance and company to people who need it while maintaining both parties' dignity through mutual respect. I have many hobbies I would be happy to discuss or share with those in my charge, such as arts and crafts (especially crochet), music, books and baking. I put minimum wage as my requested hourly rate not because I feel I am unqualified but because my desire is to be of service to anyone who needs me. Note: My First Aid/ CPR HCP expired; when courses reopen I will recertify. Available starting August 15 2020

I have completed two years of nursing school at Queen's University. However this was largely theoretical so most of my experience comes from my four years of work at Shoppers Home Health Care as well as with my own grandparents. I also have experience cleaning for the elderly from my role as a housekeeping aide at a long term care home.
