Part of my background is in Medical Laboratory, Medical Office, Phlebotomy, and Intramuscular Injection. This sector gives me extensive training and expertise with PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment) along with Infection Control and Prevention techniques. Knowing the protocols for sanitization and or disinfecting are essential during this time of COVID and any following variants but also for all general health conditions and health settings. Food saftey techinques are applied as well as detailed meal menus, shopping requirements, baking and or cooking of none processed foods. I have experience with vegan, vegetarian and healitarian lifestyles in particular. Other tools I like to rely on in my Holistic and Dignity Health approach to care are: Video Social Support, Video Council Support, Personalize Maintenance Care, Daily Living Techniques, Decluttering and Organization Services, Sound Therapy, Guided Meditations, Positive Internal Dialogue, Chants, Crystal and Vibrational Healing, Reiki Practitioner (I & II), Physiotherapy, Strength Training, Balance Exercises, Thai Massage, Healthytarian Lifestyle (foods, cooking, shopping) and Food /Chemical Label Translation/Teachings. Pricing starts at $25. 00 an hour depending on the support, care, or tasks required. I am open to discussions of discounted rates on packages or extended repetitive weekly services. Special holistic treatments or care sessions can be done with separate rates. I am willing to travel outside of my based city (for certain clients) with travelling cost being applied. Arrangements for weekend and holiday care can be pre-requested when needed with hourly rates starting at $30. 00 and pre booking applied. I have taken (and continue to update) many GPA (Gentle Persuasive Approach) trainings, which have proven to be extremely beneficial for the Alzheimer community and others with cognitive or specific behavior challenges.
