I am a mid-30 year old professional woman who is passionate about inclusion and advocacy, particularly for individuals with disabilities. Over the years I have done respite work, attendant care, and personal support for a wide range of individuals; children, teens, adults and seniors. I have a vast array of experience working with individuals with both intellectual disabilities and individuals with physical needs. I am comfortable with all aspects of personal care, lifts, cooking, errands, cleaning, etc. I have experience working with individuals with behavioural needs as well. Personally, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, camping, kayaking, sports, baking, cooking, gardening, reading and small DIY projects. I believe that community and belonging are essential components to well-being and an individual's mental health. I may seem reserved and quiet upon meeting me, but I find purpose and value in connecting with others and can be very silly and outgoing.

I have worked as a PSW in Group Homes, as well as done Attendant Care for individuals in their homes.
