I am a registered and certified Health Care Aide that is interested in a full time or part time position for cash payments only. I have been a certified Health Care Aide for eight years and have worked at places like Hospice and Supportive living facilities as well as done private caregiving throughout the Calgary and Okotoks region. I have experience working in a dementia unit and doing one on one work with behaviour mapping and lots of redirecting. By having a nursing background as well as Rehabilitation background I believe i would be an ideal candidate for lots of people that need help in many ways. I am a registered Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant, with extensive knowledge on equipment and ADL modification as well as different range of motion exercises and can help out with these things. Throughout the years I have done many different jobs with elderly and disabled people, this is simply the population of people I love to work with and where I want to make a difference. My strongest quality is my communication skills and ability to adapt to different environments that are especially people orientated. I am a reliable person as well as have reliable transportation and a very flexible schedule.
