I have 10 years experience providing care to individuals whose lives have been affected by acquired brain injury; older individuals who are vulnerable and require specialized services including older adults who are experiencing dementia and Alzheimer. The level of care offer focuses mainly on social interactions and recreation, with a few health-related and personal care services. This includes: Assistance with the activities of daily living such as grooming, toilet hygiene, walking, light meal prep and feeding. Medication dispensing, blood pressure monitoring, symptoms management, and other therapeutic services. Provide transportation to and from home and for medical appointment, and any local outings.
