Assist client with their morning routine Support client to adhere to their schedule and follow a consistent routine Provide personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming) Support client in physical therapy sessions and other range of motion activities Book and accompany individual to doctor appointments Ensure client vehicle maintenance as well as wheelchair maintenance Ensure an engaging, activity-based environment for the client Daily of client's records and document any incidents as required Additional Experiences/Qualifications: We offer a great experience for our seniors and are able to follow a care plan. We assist in personal care, changing and transfers, exercises, meal prep, companionship, bathing, toileting, showering, assisting the client with getting on/off the bed, incontinence and all activities of daily living. We are able to assist with night routine, monitoring and bathroom visits in the night.
