Checking and recording of vital signs and reporting abnormalities to supervisors(Dr, Registered Nurse), handling of emergency, administering of prescribed medications, bed and assisted bathing, feeding through NG tubes and assisted feeding, catheter care, oral and denture care, patient position, Nebulizing, oxygen administration, wound dressing and all other nursing care.
