My name is Maggie and I am an upbeat, compassionate caregiver/companion, who is a good listener and loves a good story. I am a veteran health care worker and a reiki practitioner with a big heart. I have been trained in PPE( personal protective equipment) and proper screening and protective measures concerning Covid-19. I have had CPR training yearly (pre pandemic), and take the welfare of the people I care for very seriously. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. I have cared for Patients of all ages for almost 30 years and helped care for my elderly parents and family members. I am a cancer survivor and know how challenging dealing with health issues can be. I believe life should be lived to the fullest and we should have as much fun as possible along the way, regardless of our circumstance. One of the biggest parts of my job as an Endodontic Assistant was to put the Patient first no matter what is happening. Patient safety and comfort are very important to me and I want all of my clients to know that they are being heard. Living with dignity and a healthy environment is something we all deserve. I will provide attentive, loving care with an emphasis on safety. We all deserve to be treated with kindness and patience. I feel the nourishment of the body and the mind is very important. Good meals, movement and some fun, while taking care of the day to day needs of people at a vulnerable time of their life is essential. I am there to happily help with whatever needs to be done.
