I havent work long time for an elderly but I work last year for three months an 86 years old lady who is recovering from heart operation. And now, I am working every Friday to an 86 years old man. I prepare his food. listens to what he is telling either a story or complaining about things, help change diaper, bathing accompany outside for a walk, give medicine and exercising. He got mild dimentia n mild parkinsons.
