Hello. I have just graduatetd from Guelph unvierrsity studying Psychology and Neuroscience honours stream. After graduation, I will be applying to a midwife program at Ryerson which am so excited for. I have been working with children for many years now as I started babysitting at 13 years old. From here, I have worked at many different camps and have been a lifeguard for 6 years now. I have taught swimming lessons for the majority of those six years and if you have a pool I will be more than happy to also teach swimming lessons. I have experience working with children at a variety of organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters Association Guelph, City of London, Reading Rocks Guelph and the Down Syndrome Association London. Through these experiences, I have learned how to support children in a number of ways and have developed a passion for helping children grow into their best selves. My time as a student at Guelph University has also helped me when working with children as it has taught me the appropriate ways to communicate, teach and understand children of all ages. I love being outdoors, doing crafts and am very flexible (As I understand that life can get hectic sometimes). I try to live a healthy and upbeat lifestyle as I; eat healthy, go for runs, do yoga and enjoy spending time with good company which include my friends, family and boyfriend.
