I have lived on Vancouver Island all of my life. Grew up in a small town & am thankful for the wonderful lifestyle we are blessed to have living here. My 3 sons are young adults, so I find myself having more time & energy to focus on my interests. I chose this line of work because I genuinely enjoy it. I love the outdoors & do container gardening. I recently took up golf. Food & cooking is my passion. I am an exceptional cook & have worked in several restaurants seasonally. While working at a greenhouse I would sell home made salsa, hot sauces & baking. I have taught craft courses at a local community center & do many seasonal crafts like wreaths, plus beading, painting & writing. Sustainable & green living is natural to me. I choose to be conscious of my impact on not only the environment but most importantly to myself. I believe we are what we eat & nourishing ourselves properly can give us more energy & help combat disease. I shop local & organic is my first choice. My personality is warm & friendly.
