I am a mature woman looking for part time caregiver position with children or elderly. I am retired from my career in social services and a mother and grandmother. I enjoy children and feel that we have a lot to teach each other. Of course the same is true of us elderly. I love dogs. I have 1 little shih tzu. I am allergic to cats but I do love them and am ok around them. I have a reliable vehicle and a good driving record. I would be willing to occasionally use my vehicle to pick up children or take someone out shopping or just for a drive. I love listening to good music of most genres and taking my dog out to parks when the weather cooperates. I do have references and a recent criminal record check I can provide.

I worked three years for a local family. Picking up two children from school four times a week, cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming once a week, cleaned their two and a half bathrooms every second week. I was always available for child minding if the parents wanted a night out together. The children are older so this family no longer requires my services. Additional Experiences/Qualifications: I am retired from a career in Social Services. My career provided me with all kinds of experience working with people and helping them with their day to day activities and household chores. I have previously worked for a family for the past three years, picking up two children from school and staying with them until parents returned. I am presently seeking a similar position but with fewer hours. Two or three days a week would be great and I am also available to child mind so Mom and Dad can have a date night.
