My name is Carmen Pereira. I am a Venezuelan Child Psychologist who has worked in Canada with upper-class families for 8 years. In my home country, apart from my clinical experience, I lead a team of specialist teachers whom I coordinate (among many other things, which appear on my CV). My Psychology background has also enabled me to manage and supervise a housekeeping team here in Canada. As House Manager I am always ahead of the needs of the family I work for; taking the initiative to improve the functioning of the house, is my signature. I arrived in Calgary in 2015 and have worked for 3 families during those years, and I am still in contact with the three of them. These families can give the best references of my abilities, work ethic, and dedication to being helpful and proactive. My current employers call me a chef because I have adapted my cooking to their many dietary limitations in a way that they don't even notice in their palatability. I must say everything I cook is delicious. I have met all the expectations of my employers and I am ready to work for another high-net-worth family. I am very exigent and demanding when it comes to cleaning, as everything needs to be spruced up; my latest employer says “I do everything with love”, and I believe that is very well put.
