I was born and raised in BC and live in Burnaby with my husband and two school-aged children. I am typically available on weekdays between 9:30AM and 2:30PM and on-call evening childcare in your home after 6:00PM. I also have flexible availability on weekends. I am not available during school breaks in the winter and the spring. Summer availability is variable. I am available for up to 3 or 4 days per week. The areas I service are: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody & Vancouver. I have a car, a clean driving record and a clear criminal record check which is updated annually. I am fully vaccinated and follow all Covid-19 public health guidelines. As my daughter is not yet able to be vaccinated and I have vulnerable seniors in my life, I am only able to work for those who are also fully vaccinated. I am First Aid/CPR certified and provide my own First Aid kit while working. In the winter of 2020 I completed my ECE Assistant certification and also have my Responsible Adult in a Child Care Setting certification from the WCCRC. I have a passion for caring for others, especially children, seniors, those with special needs and pets. My work and volunteer experiences include the following settings: daycare, hotels, group home for developmentally disabled seniors, hearing aid clinic, strata janitor, private homes, schools and office administrative settings.
