****Residential House Cleaner and House Cleaner***
For busy professionals and homemakers.
I am a Bondable, non-smoker/drinker, competent, diligent working, responsible, reliable, adaptable, resourceful, trustworthy, discreet, friendly, non-judgmental, very organized, multitasking professional, with 13 years experience and am currently seeking to offer my services as your Residential Household Cleaner and Helper.
I offer any and/or all of the following:
â— Full house cleaning
â— Laundry and Ironing
â— Change and make beds
â— Food/Meal Prep (and/or Meals like GOODFOOD meals)
â— Run Errands (Grocery shopping, Dry Cleaning, etc. )
â— Pet walks/sitting
â— Arranging for misc. contractor services (ie. Window cleaning, plumbers, etc. )
â— Any other misc. household related tasks.
â— Provide companionship to elderly folks
SERVICE AREA:
Ideally the Scarborough, Markham and surrounding Areas
- I do drive and own a car.
RATE:
Daily: $180/day (or $25/Hour)
Available on a full daily basis only (or 6 Hours minimum).
(Daily from ideally 9am - 5pm, Includes 1/2-hour lunch)
Overtime:--$25/hr. -- (1 Hour minimum - after 5pm)
**Rate and Scheduling is negotiable**
Equipment supplied BY CLIENT:
IDEALLY:
# Cleaning products (Kitchen, bathrooms, windows, mirrors and floors, etc. )
# Cleaning rags/cloths. (Some paper towels - used very sparingly)
CLIENT MUST PROVIDE:
# Working vacuum (i. e. Central Vac or Canister/bagless type)
# Mop and Bucket
