Hello, my name is Ashley and I am currently a Professional Runner for Under Armour. I am training to compete for Canada in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. I grew up and currently live in Burlington, ON. I went to Nelson high School. In 2013 I went to University on a full-ride sports scholarship to Northern Arizona University (NAU) where I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. I was also a part of NAU’s Track and Field team. I am currently taking online schooling at International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) to become a Wellness Coach. I am passionate about wholesome living and I want to be able to help others live a lifestyle that promotes happy and healthy lives. Outside of my running and my online schooling I love to cook, cycle, camp, walk dogs, volunteer at animal shelters, and spend quality time with my family and friends.

I was a permanent AirBnB cleaner. I would clean and prepare the house before and after every guest.
